We can all agree that Google has had a meteoric rise to mega successful company status. Certainly there are many reasons for Google’s success. One that shouldn’t be minimized is the way Google treats its employees. We’ve all heard stories of the company owned child care services, the corporate cafeteria, stock options, casual work atmosphere and more. The link below is to a recent New York Times article discussing the methods Google has undertaken to “build better bosses”.
