We can all agree that Google has had a meteoric rise to mega successful company status. Certainly there are many reasons for Google’s success. One that shouldn’t be minimized is the way Google treats its employees. We’ve all heard stories of the company owned child care services, the corporate cafeteria, stock options, casual work atmosphere and more. The link below is to a recent New York Times article discussing the methods Google has undertaken to “build better bosses”. The good news: If you already truly care about your employees, you’re probably doing some of the things Google has proven to be effective. Check out the article and let me know what you think.
